Job Description
- To liaise and negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for any contractual matters.
- To obtain quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors for payment purposes.
- Survey prices of materials in the market and make comparisons.
- Perform any ad-hoc / additional assignments as assigned by superiors / reporting head from time to time.
- Estimate the costs for construction projects.
- Budget and order management by cooperating with Production, Sales, and Purchase Departments.
- Liaise with sub-contractors, source and call for quotations for comparison purposes.
- Prepare work progress reports.
