Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Suppliers, site supervisor, sub-contractor
- To obtain quotations and prices from sub-contractors and suppliers
- Involved in material budgeting, cost-estimation, build site measurement, and quantity taking off before site commencement
- Handle progress claim/payment, variation order claims, final accounts
- Responsible for tendering process including sourcing for sub-contractors and suppliers
- Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as required by the management from time to time
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of goods between supplier to ensure that all goods are delivered to site/store on time
- Prepare and key in PO in computer software
- Good attitude toward teamwork
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Preferably with two(2) years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor or related field
- Good written and verbal communication in English and computer literacy are essential
- Have own transport
- Positive working attitude, discipline, proactive, and able to work in a team
