Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission of budgetary estimates, costs estimation, progress claims, etc.
- Accountable for pre and post contract management, monitoring costs, variations, and final accounts.
- Assist in contractual matters and administration duties related to QS.
- Monitor amendments to works, contract conditions, variations, and time extensions.
- Acquire quotations for cost assessment and analysis.
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office & AutoCAD).
- Excellent communicator with impressive numeracy skills.
- Proactive, able to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to prioritize and respond promptly.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
