Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at AMW SERVICES SDN BHD. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in the planning, estimation, and execution of successful construction projects. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and analyzing cost estimates for various construction projects
- Performing quantity takeoffs and producing bills of quantities
- Engaging in cost control and value engineering activities
- Managing contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual terms
- Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with a solid understanding of construction methods and materials. Previous experience in cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, and contract management is highly desirable.
