Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and diligent Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the costs and budget of construction projects from inception to completion.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates, cost plans, and budgets for construction projects
- Undertake cost analysis and cost control measures
- Monitor and track project expenses
- Assist in contract negotiations and procurement processes
- Prepare and submit progress reports
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with proven experience in the construction industry. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
