Job Description
LOCATION – BAYU PERDANA, KLANG
SALARY – RM 300-400
Job Description:
- Responsible for working out budgets and monitoring costs for projects regularly
- Handling progressive claims, variation order claims, and final accounts
- Following up and liaising with customers/clients regarding contract matters, costing, invoicing, and billing works
- Taking off quantities, pricing, and preparing quotations
- Evaluating and ensuring compliance with contracts
- Achieving departmental and individual goals aligned with corporate goals
- Maintaining efficient manpower and achieving yearly performance standards
- Complying with management directives and company policies
- Handling ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Quantity Survey
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Office
- Good communication, interpersonal, and interpretation skills
- Analytical competencies
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
