Job Description
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to communicate well with top management and subordinates.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English.
- Working hours (9a.m – 6p.m)
- Working days (Monday- Saturday)
Responsibilities :
Experienced in contract management e.g.: tenancy agreement, renewal contract
Negotiation with landlord/agent to discuss terms and clauses in contract.
Experienced in handling application of electricity and water of opened branches.
Experienced in managing branches business license
Providing operations support in expanding branches in accordance with the policies.
Supervise and analyze problems that arise in between working process also solve if any issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,800.00 – RM6,300.00 per month
Schedule:
