Job Description
- Report to QC Executive on any matters regarding quality.
- Monitoring of any quality matters during production activities.
- To carry out in-process inspection for Injection Moulding according to company quality system requirement.
- To ensure all related standard operation procedure (S.O.P) and limit approved sample display accordingly.
- To assist Line leader in issuing Quarantine of Non-conforming Goods (QONG) to production for all nonconformance detected.
- To liaise with Production Supervisor for defect detected during process and come out with countermeasure.
- To assist and monitor the method checking, trimming or rework by Line leader To write the daily report in log book.
- To follow daily instruction given.
