Job Description
1. Identifying all issues, test decisions, and others reported from Quality Control data monitoring.
2. Ensuring that the ongoing processes comply with quality control specifications and customer requirements.
3. Promoting quality awareness among all staff and assisting the Quality Control department in implementing quality improvement activities in the production area.
4. Dealing with production department in terms of controlling processing materials and quality control improvement activities.
5. Assisting the department in collecting data for resolving quality-related complaints.
6. Conducting internal audits in compliance with HACCP, food regulations, company policies, and procedures from the Health Department or relevant departments.
7. Responsible for monitoring and reporting to the Department Head on any processes that do not comply with quality standards for further action.
8. Monitoring the production process from raw material reception, processing, packaging to finished products.
9. Performing other tasks assigned by the Department Head.
