Responsibilities
- Carry out inspection and monitoring of stating materials, packaging materials, and intermediate, bulk, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Collect and record quality data in the inspection report.
- Keep and monitor retention sample inspections according to the time frame. Retained samples should be kept according to their respective batch manufacturing records for one year beyond the expiry date.
- Establish product shelf-life based on the product stability monitoring program test.
- Assist in the performance of calibration work.
- Assist in handling product complaints.
- Maintain proper housekeeping practices in production operations.
- Assist superiors with JAKIM (HALAL) and other government departments.
- Assist in resolving quality problems and continual improvement.
- Execute and monitor all validation and verification activities.
- Undertake any other jobs directed by superiors from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree in Biotechnology/Food Technology/Food Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
- Self-driven with leadership competencies, a good team member, problem-solving, observant, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
