Job Description
Purpose:
To develop and maintain the entire company’s Quality Management System (QMS) through existing and new procedures, and to standardize, control, and enhance the quality of manufacturing design, processes, and final products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain all relevant procedures as specified in Quality Management System (QMS).
- Plan and lead third-party ISO and COP audits.
- Identify root causes and take corrective actions in case of non-conforming situations.
- Ensure all internal systems and procedures are updated, revised, and modified to meet the requirements of external certification bodies and external providers.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality issues.
- Update quality documentation and apply lessons learned from quality issues to new customer contracts.
- Ensure all necessary systems and procedures are in place to meet all customer requirements and audits.
- Introduce new systems and procedures when appropriate.
- Provide training on various aspects of quality system and procedures to other personnel.
- Conduct internal audits of the quality management system.
- Ensure records are kept within designated time frames.
- Analyze data and identify trends related to non-conforming items.
- Report on agreed quality indicators on a monthly basis.
