Job Description
Ensuring the accuracy of information and verification process.
- Work towards exceeding KPIs for the Quality Assurance department.
- Collaborate with Division Heads to address and rectify issues.
- Review and validate reports for accuracy.
- Provide weekly updates for the department.
- Contribute innovative solutions to enhance quality assurance.
- Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,800.00 – RM3,200.00 per month
