Job Description

Job Summary: The Manager of QA will lead the QA team, develop quality management systems, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor QA team.
- Develop quality management system.
- Monitor quality metrics and KPIs.
- Implement process improvement initiatives.
- Lead root cause analysis for quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
Person Specifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in quality assurance, 2 years in managerial role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
