Qualifications: Requirements:
- Experience in managing quality in Business Process Outsourcing or Contact Centres
- 3+ years of management ability across diverse functions
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups
- Strong practical experience with Excel and excellent communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Passion for world-class support experience
- Quality certification (Lean Six Sigma, TQM) a plus
Responsibilities: Lead and manage a QA team, drive audit automation, and efficiency
- Set and drive Quality strategy within the programs
