A Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet quality standards and customer requirements. They play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the overall quality of an organization’s offerings.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify non-compliance and areas for improvement
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and develop corrective actions
