Job Description

First City University College is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to support our commitment to excellence in higher education. This role involves coordinating accreditation documentation, maintaining quality data for audits, and collaborating with departments to meet compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Management, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in quality assurance. Familiarity with MQA and MOHE guidelines is essential.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month, along with opportunities for professional development.
