Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To report to the Head of Department on daily quality efficiency. To highlight any problems that require attention.
- To update and inform customers regarding complaints on a daily basis:
- Provide information on customer complaints, including issues and requirements.
- Provide information on Internal Quality Audit, Customer Audit, and SIRIM Audit activities.
- Issue ICAR (Internal Corrective Action Request) and provide a reply within 3 days.
