Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. To report to the Head of Department on daily quality efficiency. To highlight any problems that require attention.
  2. To update and inform customers regarding complaints on a daily basis:
  • Provide information on customer complaints, including issues and requirements.
  • Provide information on Internal Quality Audit, Customer Audit, and SIRIM Audit activities.
  • To handle and address any complaints from customers regarding company’s parts/products.
  • To investigate whether the complaint and Original Failure Part (OFP) are due to our side or the customer’s fault.
  • To submit reports to customers within the specified time frame.
  • To inform customers about sorting, rework, or improvement activities undertaken in response to complaints.
  • To coordinate and conduct meetings with other departments/sections to resolve customer complaints and prevent non-conformities.
    • Issue ICAR (Internal Corrective Action Request) and provide a reply within 3 days.
  • To update related quality documents such as Control Plan, PFMEA, Process Flow, Quality Alert, checksheet, etc., whenever a complaint arises.
  • To verify the effectiveness of actions taken through specific production lot sampling, once every 3 months.
  • To conduct internal product audits for problematic parts.
  • To assist and report to the Head of Plant on daily quality efficiency. To highlight any problems that need attention.
  • To monitor trends in customer complaints on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • To prepare reports for weekly meetings and Management Review Meetings.
  • Responsible for Temporary Adoption Application (TAA) with customers, including preparing related documents and samples for approval.
