Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and weekly data updates.
• Establish and maintain registers, logs, and databases.
• Update documents and upload them to the Sharepoint system.
• Ensure data is displayed in multiple locations around the factory.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality matters.
• Handle general data entry and management tasks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly data for the Quality Manager.
• Ensure records are kept for the correct retention period.
• Analyze data and identify trends related to non-conformance issues.
• Assist in tool calibration according to agreed timelines.

General:

• Assume all responsibilities in accordance with general data protection and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Ensure completed work meets the requirements of ISO 9001 standards.
• Treat individuals you come into contact with in a courteous and respectful manner, following workplace dignity procedures.
