Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Officer to join our hospitality team. The QC Officer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and standards of services, amenities, and facilities within the hotel and properties meet or exceed guest expectations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a high level of service quality, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results, guest feedback, and quality control data.
- Generate reports summarizing inspection findings and recommended actions.
- Communicate regularly with management on quality performance and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel / properties operations and guest service standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
