Job Information

Job Description

· Inspection on the product quality, expiry date, product code and pack size

· Critical Control Point (CCP) inspection record based on HACCP requirement

· To check production staff PPE based on GMP requirement.

· To ensure sanitation follow right standard operating procedure

· Daily line inspection for all production lines

· To report if any pest infestation issues in production lines.

· Seal check and drop test at production lines to ensure packaging integrity.

· Able to stop the lines if any quality issue arises during inspection and required immediate corrective action based on the root cause findings

· To brief once a week to all production staff on quality update findings

· To update production on quality report and monitor closely.

· To put product on HOLD and follow up immediately.

· To become Internal Auditor/ Auditee for HACCP compliance.

· To check finished goods or raw materials in the warehouse if any customer complaint or non-conformance arise.

· Daily swab test, cleaning verification for butter line by using ATP method before butter line run.
