Job Description
- Ensure that the finished product produced is fit, consistent, and meets both external and internal requirements.
- Prepare the work instruction for production and ensure it is issued on time.
- Lead and monitor QC inspector teams to fulfill the required QC tasks.
- Responsible for the incoming factory inspection of all raw materials of the company.
- Responsible for the incoming factory inspection of outsourced parts processed outside the company.
- Handle defective products and scrapped products properly.
- Provide improvement opinions and suggestions on inspector methods and standards for raw materials and outsourced parts.
- Fill in the corresponding records and report to relevant departments.
- Manage the quality inventory of stored raw materials and outsourced parts.
