Job Description
Topwill Printronics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated QC Executive to oversee the quality management processes within our organization. Key responsibilities include developing service quality standards, implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits for improvements, and managing customer satisfaction surveys. The ideal candidate will also assist management in addressing project emergencies and reporting on various issues discovered during supervisions.
Requirements for this role include a degree in Engineering (or equivalent), proficiency in English, Malay, and preferably Mandarin, as well as strong skills in Microsoft Office. Candidates must be willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor.
