Job Description
- Perform quality control of product during and after process (raw material and finished goods)
- Handle testing to ensure finished product compliance to require standard or specification.
- To assist in monitoring all QC activities, including inspecting incoming material and outgoing process to ensure adherence to company quality standard and customer satisfaction.
- Involving in continual improvement plans and activities to fulfill quality requirements.
- Identify and report problems/defects found, and manage customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Maintain and update documentation for QC inspection and other quality-related documents.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of all Quality Control programs.
