Job Description
1. General Responsibilities
1.1 Understand the overall company process flow and ISO 9001 requirement.
1.2 Able to operate measurement equipment, e.g., CMM machine, caliper, etc.
1.3 Support QA Engineer / QC Executive in daily job arrangement.
1.4 Identify checking methods/equipment to ensure effectiveness in meeting product requirements.
1.5 Verify First Article part to ensure it meets customer’s requirements.
1.6 Verify Mass Production part during in-process & outgoing stages.
1.7 Involved in NPI, Prototype development for validating product quality.
1.8 Provide QC support in resolving QC inspection and measurement issues.
1.9 Conduct QC training for employees as needed.
1.10 Coordinate with Inspectors for necessary OT support in CMM inspection.
2. Establish Quality Assurance documentation
2.1 Monitor QC document accuracy and timely generation – IPQC, OQC Report.
2.2 Assist QA Engineer / QC Executive in preparing work instructions for Quality improvement activities.
