Job Description
To conduct pre-loading, during loading, and post-loading inspections for lorry, tanker, and container deliveries including finished goods.
Pre-delivery inspection for lorry delivery includes product checks on aging, and for tanker delivery includes bulk sampling inspection.
To check/assess residue collected after each tanker loading and report to superior.
To ensure all delivery activities comply with customer specifications (special delivery checklist), GMP, and HACCP requirements.
To collect bulk tanker delivery retain sample and update the sieving result in the report.
To ensure all incoming packaging materials comply with specifications, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
To conduct inspections on critical plant equipment, i.e. bin cleaning inspection, packer cleaning, rebolter cleaning, telescopic, tanker cleaning, etc.
To check/assess residue collected by plant/bagging staff after each item cleaning.
To monitor CCP at bulk loading & conduct verification at CCP points.
To conduct random inspections during finished goods bagging activity.
To conduct inspections on lot fumigation.
Any other related tasks assigned by the superior.
