Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced QA / Food Technical Manager to join our team. As the QA / Food Technical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our food products through the implementation and management of effective quality control processes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Managing a team of quality control technicians
- Monitoring and analyzing quality data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in food science and quality assurance, along with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. A degree in food science or a related field is required.
