Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on plastic film products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement in quality performance.
- Train and educate production staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality specifications.
- Participate in the development and review of product specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the plastic film manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using quality assurance software and tools.
