Job Description
– Ensure lab analyses, shelf life study, and sensory evaluations are carried out smoothly.
– Conduct inspection on incoming raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and outgoing finished products.
– Perform lab analysis on raw materials and finished products.
– Prepare minor ingredients for production.
– Assist in conducting shelf life studies and data compilation.
– Maintain laboratory cleanliness/tidiness.
