Job Description

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Research reliable and potential suppliers to meet company’s requirements
• Responsible for Purchase Requisitions, Quotation, and issuance of Purchase Order
• Tracking orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and quality of purchased products
• Liaising with Sales Department & Director for raw materials e.g: mould/billets/powders/plastic & etc. to deliver on time and prevent sales department’s progress/orders delay
• Maintaining supplier database, purchase records, and related documents
• Managing raw materials inventory based on production usage or at reorder level
• Updating aluminum profiles pictures into excel for Sales Department when new mould has opened
• Responsible for coordination and management of import activities such as development and implementation of import policies, procedures, management of import documentations and shipments
• Liaising with freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate import processes and paperwork

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma level or above in a business-related field
