Job Description
1) Issue Sales Order upon receipt of order from the customer.
2) Checks and verifies Sales Orders after orders have been updated into Navision
3) Processes the Delivery Order and Invoice upon approval of Sales Order
4) Support Sales Department on delivery/ Liaises with customers/internal parties on inquiries, purchases, goods transfer, complaints, etc.
5) Prepares reports required by the Sales Department
6) Issue Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order
7) Prepares other Sales Department documents such as quotation, credit note, collection advise, forms, etc.
8) Prepare purchase report and others
9) Files and maintains records/documents
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Minimum 2 years of working experiences. However, fresh graduates will also be considered.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to converse well in Malay and English, and Mandarin is preferable as most of our customer base is Chinese speaking customers.
