Purchasing :

• Responsibilities for ongoing purchasing and sourcing activities to generate cost-saving for the company.
• Perform supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and vendor relationship management.
• Maintain and review Purchasing and Receiving records.

Logistics :

• Prepare shipping documents for oversea trading business.
• Maintain local transport and shipping records.
• Follow up on delivery status and update users on any schedule changes.
• Liaise with overseas suppliers and forwarders for shipment arrangements.

Job Description :

• Update users on delivery status changes.
• Liaise with warehouse and Account Department for smooth operations.
• Provide feedback to suppliers and coordinate with internal teams for efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
• Maintain an updated filing system.
