Job Description
- Ensure Supplier comply with Quality Standard
- Search for new and reputable suppliers
- Update Material Price comparison table for the latest price range
- Manage positive relationship with all suppliers
- In search for ideas to enhance the procurement process
- Expedite Purchase Order and monitor delivery time to ensure they are met
- Maintain Supplier Database
- Manage all Purchase Requisition forms from all internal departments
- Manage ISO standard of Filing system for all documentation
- Negotiate, source, and select suppliers for cost reduction
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, good quality materials, and competitive prices
- Match Purchase Order, Delivery Order, and Invoice, update Good Receiving Note in the system for payment purposes
- Verify Purchase Requisition Order from site on material specification
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
- Any other adhoc assignment by the Manager
