Job Description

1. Report to Contract & Procurement Manager

2. Maintaining proper and updated records relevant to the functions of the purchase cycle – documents initiating purchases, confirming purchasing, confirming delivery and latest price list from suppliers

3. Liaison with various internal departments regarding material/service requirements

4. Liaison with external parties on procurement matters – contractors, suppliers, authorities, etc.

5. Initiate corrective action if any non-conformity with the department’s objectives and procedures is detected

6. Propose and implement preventive action exercises to eliminate potential problems with work execution
