Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Suppliers, site supervisor, quantity surveyor
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of goods between suppliers to ensure that all goods are delivered to site/store on time
- Prepare and key in PO/Purchase invoice in computer software
- Negotiate for the best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery, and service) with suppliers
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Display good attitude toward teamwork
Job Requirements:
- Required skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, SQL system
- At least 1 year of experience in the related field
- Required languages: English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently
- Mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
