Job Description
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Research reliable and potential suppliers to meet company’s requirements
- Responsible for Purchase Requisitions, Quotation, and issuance of Purchase Orders
- Track orders, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain the quality of purchased products
- Liaise with Sales Department & Director for raw materials such as mould, billets, powders, plastic, etc., to deliver on time and prevent sales delays
- Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and related documents
- Manage raw materials inventory based on production usage or reorder level
- Update excel with pictures of aluminum profiles for the Sales Department when new molds are opened
- Responsible for coordination and management of import activities, including the development and implementation of import policies, procedures, and management of import documentations and shipments
- Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate import processes and paperwork
- Qualifications: Minimum Diploma level or above in a business-related field
