Job Description
Position: Purchasing Executive
Location: Port Klang
Salary: RM 3,800 – RM 4,500
Job Scopes & Responsibility:
- To be responsible for direct materials, planning, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Request quotations from suppliers and negotiate for better pricing, terms, and lead time.
- Assist in handling, planning, and coordinating incoming and outgoing materials.
- Prepare reports and manage purchasing tasks.
- Plan and develop new suppliers and maintain good relationships internally.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in a related field with 3-5 years of experience.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu, and MS Excel/Word.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM 3,800.00 – RM 4,500.00 per month
