Job Description
Position: Purchasing Executive
Company: AGENSI PEKERJAAN NS SHUE
Location: Port Klang
Salary: RM 400
Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers on materials purchase prices, payment terms & conditions.
- Perform purchase delivery planning, delivery control, and stock control of materials.
- Monitor purchasing activities.
- Upkeep all records and documents under the purchasing department in a proper filing system (ISO).
- Monitor and provide all purchasing information and report to the immediate superior.
- Manage suppliers for on-time delivery and quality products.
- Follow up import and export shipments to ensure no delay on shipment arrival and departure.
- Apply for online application for raw materials import permit.
- Travel to supplier’s premises to purchase spare parts on the spot when necessary.
- Assist in the stock take process.
- Update costing from time to time.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new products.
