Job Description
Lead the operational purchasing and responsible for sourcing, purchasing and monitor delivery.
Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies, procedures, and specifications.
Monitor and follow up for costing and quotation expertise in sourcing the material in a short time with a competitive price.
To arrange, monitor, and control all purchase files.
Developing, coaching, and mentoring all direct and indirect reports.
To purchase supplies, equipment, and services for the schools and resolve purchase and delivery discrepancies.
Ensure that purchases are correctly invoiced/completed and delivered in a timely manner.
To communicate and negotiate with vendors regarding purchases to obtain the best price.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- AT LEAST 4 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN PURCHASING AND HANDLING INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS
- REQUIRED LANGUAGE: BAHASA MALAYSIA & ENGLISH
- HIGH LEVEL OF INTEGRITY & METICULOUSNESS. STRONG ORGANIZATION & COMMUNICATION SKILLS: INITIATIVE AND DETAILED-ORIENTED, INDEPENDENT AND STRONG SENSE OF URGENCY
