Job Description
Purchasing Support:
- Handle purchasing process from sourcing suppliers to negotiation.
- Sourcing for materials, services, and equipment when needed.
- Compare and evaluate purchase term, requisition, and quotation.
- Evaluate supplier and conduct supplier reviews to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Coordinate all purchase activities, tracking orders, and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor purchase delivery schedule and coordinate with all related departments to achieve planned targets.
- Issue PO and match invoices with PO/DO.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and other administration-related documents.
Logistic & Admin Support:
- Handle logistic documentation, packing list, and DOs.
- Collaborate with sales support to ensure all outgoing goods for lorries and collection are ready according to customer requirements.
- Optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize costs.
- Communication and coordinate with nominated forwarder to ensure smooth delivery.
- Provide general administrative support including answering phone calls and email correspondence.
- Manage office supplies inventory and reorder suppliers as necessary.
- Carry out any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
