Job Description
Company: Agensi Pekerjaan NS Shue Sdn Bhd
Salary: RM 200
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the department.
- Prepares reports, PO’s, memoranda, RFIQ, DO’s, GRN, and any purchasing-related documents.
- Registers vendors and gathers prices, specifications, and other relevant data.
- Establishes and maintains a record-keeping system for the purchasing department.
- Follows up on delivery status.
- Performs other assigned duties.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to learn purchasing procedures and policies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience with SAP system is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM 2,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
