Job Information

Job Description

1. Observe and comply with ISO Policy and Procedure for the Purchasing Department.

2. Send Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to suppliers and tabulate comparisons.

3. Execute daily purchasing activities, coordinate with inter-departments, and issue orders (Purchase Order and Work Order) in a timely manner.

4. Follow up on item delivery status and expedite supplier deliveries to meet the on-time delivery target.

5. Record and liaise with the supplier on rejected goods (on quality issue) status and follow up for replacement.

6. Apply new vendor code and new item code.

7. Participate in stock count activities.

8. Maintain all records and documents under the Purchasing Department in a proper filing system.

9. Match documents (GRN, DO & invoice) and check invoice pricing before submitting to the higher level for signatory approval.

10. Send Purchase Orders and obtain acknowledgment from the Accounting Department.
