Job Description

Responsibilities:

i. Responsible for order placement by control and monitor on the company’s stock availability.

ii. Checking specifications and price obtaining verification from requisition dept, ensuring an accurate and timely provision of supplier.

ii. To issue delivery order to the respective customer and ensure smoothers of product delivery site.

iv. The purchase must be made from the external provider (Supplier) listed in the ASL (Approve Supplier List).

v. Ensure that all the documents such as External provider (Supplier) Invoice, DO, PO, MRQ, Quotation are sent to account dept for payment.

vi. Liaise with the store department to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies.

vii. Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations/sources, suppliers’ information and documentations.

vii. Support any audit related activities.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field would be an advantage.
  • Required Language: English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal and strong negotiation skill.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritize effectively and adhere to deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From RM1,500.00 per month
