Job Description
Job Summary
Assist in the day-to-day purchasing operations by processing and verifying Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices. Prepare standard item Purchase Orders and maintain accurate documentation to ensure smooth workflow and timely operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue standard item Purchase Orders following approved procedures
- Verify PO, DO, and invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized filing of purchasing documents (both electronic and hardcopy)
- Follow up with suppliers on routine documentation matters and pending issues
- Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and emailing documents
- Support senior staff in daily purchasing and documentation tasks
Job Requirement
- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent; diploma in business, supply chain, or related field is a plus
- 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support preferred but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of purchase order processes, invoice verification, and supplier coordination
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle routine administrative tasks and follow standard procedures
- Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
