Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and selecting suppliers, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Preparing requests for quotations/proposals, negotiating with vendors, issuing purchase orders, etc.
Registering new suppliers in the system and maintaining proper documentation for ISO and audits.
Managing supplier performance for cost competitiveness, quality consistency, and service reliability.
Liaising with suppliers for goods returns or rejections and preparing stock return notes.
Performing additional tasks assigned by superiors or management.
Knowledge of SST and preparing SST Stock Report.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 – RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kajang: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

STM/STPM (Preferred)
