Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-
- Prepare and process requisition and purchase orders for suppliers.
- Monitor branches & warehouse stock status.
- Refresh expired purchase order when necessary.
- Prepare report for fast & slow moving product by brands.
- Review goods ordered and received trend.
- Report to superior on stock turnover performance.
- Prepare reports on market conditions and merchandise costs.
- Update Daily Sales Report & Regional Sales Report.
- Report month-end inventory level and turnover rates.
- Liaison with Warehouse, Marketing & Sales Department.
- Manage general administration and ISO 9001 implementation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:-
- Fresh graduate or 2 years related working experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Willing to work in Kota Kemuning Shah Alam.
- Malaysian citizen or relevant residence status.
