Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for incoming goods receiving, unloading incoming containers, handling and logging of inventory materials.
- Inspect all incoming materials for quality and quantity and reconcile with delivery notes.
- Record and report damages and discrepancies on goods received.
- Perform Daily and Monthly inventory checking and stock keeping.
- Record stock in and out or stock return in individual stock cards to ensure the level of materials is maintained to avoid any shortage.
- Monitor the progress of Purchase Orders to avoid shortage problems.
- Regularly update the job status and work progress to superiors.
- Responsible for the delivery of goods for outsourced services to desired locations.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work overtime when needed.
- Deliver products around Klang area.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period is an added advantage.
- Must possess a valid driving license and able to drive a van (Manual).
