Job Description
Victor Sports Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Admin to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases & pricing
- Creating and updating codes & barcodes in Accounting & Xilnex (POS)
- Compiling purchase orders from internal teams
- Generating weekly/monthly reports
- Updating packing and shipment lists
- Updating price lists & new product sell sheets
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma preferred
Experience: 1 year in purchasing admin required
Language: Mandarin required, Bahasa preferred
