Requirements:

1. Preferred 1 year of working experience in the related field
2. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia / Bahasa English
3. Must be in good health
4. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma. Fresh graduates are welcome
5. Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred

Job Description:

1. Coordinating with suppliers to place orders, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of goods
2. Reviewing order specifications and confirming that they meet company standards
3. Reviewing purchase orders and other paperwork from suppliers to ensure that deliveries match orders
4. Matching incoming goods with purchase orders to ensure the correct items were received
5. Communicating with warehouse managers regarding shipping schedules and other details regarding storage and handling of inventory
6. Processing invoices from suppliers for payment according to company policies
7. Preparing and applying permits for import shipments, and keeping records of all relevant documents

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
