Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Raise Purchasing Order for materials.
- Compare and negotiate with suppliers for the best price and service offers.
- Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Source alternate suppliers and evaluate quotations periodically.
- Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain related course.
- Understanding of SAP is preferable.
- Additional knowledge in any ERP system.
- Hands-on experience in Purchasing and Procurement Processes.
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors).
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM4,00.00 – RM7,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
