Job Description
The PRUBSN Takaful Consultant is responsible for providing expert advice and consultation on PRUBSN Takaful products and services. They will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential customers, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
The main duties of a PRUBSN Takaful Consultant include:
- Conducting thorough needs analysis for clients to identify suitable Takaful solutions
- Presenting and explaining PRUBSN Takaful products and services to clients
- Building rapport and fostering long-term relationships with clients
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to team achievements
- Providing timely updates and follow-ups to clients regarding their policies
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve overall business goals
We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Prior experience in insurance sales or related fields is preferred, but not mandatory.
